Found at the station's website (technically, a cropped screenshot of the site's Flash file; note that the specific source was an Al Rojo Vivo promo that is the first promo in the file's rotation), this is the current logo for KGLA-DT. This image is copyright KGLA-DT and Mayvision, Inc., and hence is not free. However, it is used under fair use as described below:
