The last paragraph appears to be a bit confusing, but I don't have the authority on the subject to know where to start fixing it. Amnewsboy 05:00, 18 November 2005 (UTC)

-- With a lot of NFL blackout rules, a lot of the cable tv providers in the St. Louis area (especially to the south and east of St. Louis but not so much inside of St. Louis proper) are adding this station, as KFVS is immune to the blackout rules while KMOV is subject to them. In the St. Louis area itself, you can get this signal if you live just to the south and east of the St. Louis proper if you have a very good antenna; otherwise you have to rely on satellites. Recently found this video on [YouTube that shows some of their very aggressive severe storm coverage this station is known to do. This station also has an habit of not going back to network or syndicated programming until the entire thing is passed, and the meteorologists at that station been there for many years. I like to add that New Wave Communications has added KFVS in their basic cable lineup since they took over from charter in every community in Randolph, St. Clair, and Monroe Counties, IL; and on Mediacom in Monroe and southern St. Clair Counties. It is also available in Jefferson and Ste. Genevive County, MO on another competitor to Charter, D & D communications. Kimmy78 08:03, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
