The Key West Innkeepers Association (KWIA) is a membership organization serving smaller lodging facilities located in Key West, Florida. Over sixty inns, guesthouses, and bed and breakfasts belong to the KWIA. The KWIA has approximately 200 affiliate members, most of which are tourism-related businesses. The KWIA represents the interests of its members lobbying local and state government, working in public relations and marketing, and serving as a voluntary regulatory agency. A board of directors governs the KWIA. The current president is Ian J. Whitney.
