Kevin J. Kelly is a partner in Power Management Company an energy services company headquartered in Rochester, NY with offices in Plymouth, MA.

Kelly is presently earning his Doctorate in Law & Policy from Northeastern University. He received his Master’s Degree, from Harvard University in Law, after defending his thesis "Effect of Electricity Deregulation on Commercial Business NY & MA”.
