All are like the Hepburn romanization, but

づ as dzu
ぢ as dji
っ always doubling the consonant if before one, or as an apostrophe if not
apostrophe to tell apart あな from あんあ etc.
Always write as spelled, not as pronounced. "Long" vowels are doubled.
炎(ほのお)honoo (not hono'o)
先生(せんせい)sensei (not sensē)
えーと eeto (not ēto or e-to)
オー oo (not ou or ō)
Particles' vowels replaced if it is pronounced replaced, otherwise kept
は "ha" in a word, "wa" as a particle
へ "he" in a word, "he" as a particle
を "wo" as a particle
