[edit] Dumping Ariel?
Just because he won't be asking her to read his future any more does not imply that he still wont accept her interferance in his matches. The promo led me to beleive that he will be looking for a tag team partner ("my future is with fresh blood.") more than it did that he and Ariel were splitting up. Genis vel 03:01, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
Correction: Martinez was in Fertig's corner during his match with Nunzio on 5/15/07. It was Fertig's match on 5/22 against Wyatt Lara that was his first without her. Genis vel 03:13, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Thorne or Thorn?
I've seen many references (including this article) to him as "Kevin Thorne", however ecw.com has him listed as "Kevin Thorn" 172.149.81.233 16:32, 2 August 2006 (UTC)

Kevin most certainly did not graduate from Altha High School. I played football with him. And you quote me on that or my name isn't Sean W. Lyons. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.84.39.218 (talk) 17:54, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Music
What music does he and Ariel come out to? LK Thurisaz 13:12, 9 August 2006 (UTC)
Apparently it's called "Mi Destrojero" and it's written by WWE composer James Johnston. I beleive Johnston wrote it a while ago and had used it unnamed as a local TV station in Grand Rapids, MI (WXSP) has used it to advertise local Red Wings broadcast games for the last four or five years. [edit] Vampire?
This page is in the vampire category, but where is the evidence that he is a real life follower of vampirism? Him being a vampire is simply a Kayfabe gimmick.
- I checked the Vampire category and it doesn't have anything to do with people who practise "vampirism". But anyway, I changed it to a more suitible category. ---SilentRAGE! 04:47, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
I would aslo like to chime in on this. I don't beleive that Fertig's gimmick is that of a "real" vampire like Vampiro or Gangrel, but that of a person who lives a vampire lifestyle. I feel a distinction between the two gimmicks should be made. Genis vel
His character is not a "follower of vampirism" any more than CM Punk is a "follower of the Straight Edge lifestyle". CM Punk IS Straight Edge(arguably), "Kevin Thorn" is a "Vampire". There is no "following" of anything, there is only doing. These phrases are weasel wording on the part of Joey Styles which cheapen the life choices of the person or persons in question. Using the "follower of" designation would be the same as calling Joey Styles a "follower of the color commentator lifestyle". 04:19, 21 July 15, 2007
- Joey is the play by play guy actually, lol.
Any way I do agree though, it should be included in the category. The 'follower of' designation wouldn't explain his 'fangs' he wears during his matches...
... that being said this all may be irrelivent as Kevin Thorn returned to ECW last night with a new appearance and gimmick, seemingly all references, mentions of and physical traits representing vampirism are now gone, including the fans colour contacts, etc. and Joey and tazz didn't mention the vampire thing at all, simply stating he was 'tough' and 'mean'. Take it for what it's worth.
[edit] Hints at starting a new stable.
On May 11, 2007 ECW.com put a new poll up asking fans if Thorn should form his own "group" or not. Genis vel
