[edit] Lincoln years

Kevin Carter did actually start playing football his Sophomore or Junior year of high school (I can't remember, but I know he was in the marching band when I was there at Lincoln, I graduated in 1992 so that means he must have been in the marching band at least in 1988 and started football in 1989). He was an instant star and parade all-american. He even joined the basketball team his last year of school and I remember being at a game where he shattered the backboard on a dunk. I will look through some year books to find some photos of him there and some other sources of information. Back then he was a super nice guy to be around, unless you were the opposing team...

The edit should stick in my opinion (about HS).
