Kevin Tor (born 1970,^{[citation needed]} in Canada^[1]) is a stand-up comedian.

Tor is most famous for his parody of Plain White T's hit song "Hey There Delilah". The rendition has appeared on Radio 1 in the UK. His version is called the 'Stalker' version. Tor's version of the song can be found on his website ^[2] or directly from his site at ^[3] ^[4]
