Kevin Roentgen (pronounced rent-gehn) is a singer/songwriter/guitarist who sometimes performs under the moniker, Praying Hands. Recently marking his first solo effort with the completion of The Acoustic EP, Roentgen is previously known for fronting L.A. rock bands American Pearl (Wind-Up Records) and SOUL (Aunt Sam Records).
After time spent touring North America and Japan from 1999-2002, and the eventual break-up of American Pearl, Kevin spent most of 2003 in the studio writing and demo-ing new songs. The result was The Acoustic EP, recorded and co-produced by Noah Shain at his White Buffalo Studio in Hollywood.
In 2005, Kevin joined L.A. band Orson as a guitarist. Orson is now based in London and working on the follow-up to their UK platinum #1 debut, Bright Idea (Mercury Records), which contained the UK #1 single, No Tomorrow.
