Kevin Heath (born March 24, 1950) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Hawthorn and Carlton in the VFL during the 1970s.
Heath was a defender and in addition to playing for two VFL clubs he also represented Victoria in interstate football. He was a premiership player with Hawthorn in 1971, finishing the year with a career best 20 goals.
