Kevin C. Foy (born 1956), is an American politician, mayor of Chapel Hill, North Carolina since 2001. He is also Vice-Chair of the North Carolina Metropolitan Coalition, which brings together the mayors of the state's 25 largest cities.[1]
Kevin C. Foy received his B.A from Kenyon College and his J.D. from North Carolina Central University where he teaches as an adjunct professor.
He is a member of the Mayors Against Illegal Guns Coalition[2], a bi-partisan group with a stated goal of "making the public safer by getting illegal guns off the streets." The Coalition is co-chaired by by Boston Mayor Thomas Menino and New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
