Kevin J. Coughlin is a Republican member of the Ohio Senate, representing the 27th District since 2001. Previously he was a member of the Ohio House of Representatives from 1997 until 2000.
He graduated from Woodridge High School in Peninsula, Ohio in 1988, received a BA from Bowling Green State University in 1992, and an MA from BGSU in 1994.
