Kether Donahue

Kether Donahue is a voice actress who was born and raised in New York City. She has starred as a number of anime characters, and is also known as Annice Moriarty, according to IMDB. She is best known for providing the voice of the tempermental divaesque Lily on the Nicktoons Network "anime" series Kappa Mikey.
