Description
日本語: 大阪市北区中之島3丁目の関電ビルディング。2004年12月竣工。地上41階、地下5階。高さ195.45m。設計は日建設計、ニュージェック。施工は竹中工務店、大林組、鴻池組、淺沼組、錢高組、奥村組からなる共同企業体。建築主は関電不動産。主要テナントは関西電力本店。窓を柱・梁（はり）よりも内側に置く外フレーム構造により直射日光を遮断するなど、省エネルギー技術を多く盛り込んだ。円筒形状の頂部は「liv-lit」（リブリット）と呼ばれる照明システムで、夜間に点灯し風の変化に応じて光の流れが変化する。手前（北隣）にある褐色のビルはダイビル本館。1925年9月に「大阪ビルヂング」として竣工。設計は渡辺節、施工は大林組。随所に見られる装飾が印象的な建築であるが、一帯の「中之島3丁目共同開発」により解体されることが決まっている。田蓑橋上から南南東向きに撮影。
