This lie a is posted on the website called Nizkor by a man named Ken McVay who claims to be a citizen of your province British Columbia. The Anti-Defamation League, which pretends to defend Jews from persecution in the US, posted this lie on their website and in a report they issued during the year of 1995. When I discovered their lie I sent them a letter explaining that I have never been a member of this church and in response they sent a letter of apology and removed the lie from their website and future reports.
I have since learned quite a bit about the ADL and groups like it who profit from fear. Their tactics are to lie about anyone or anything they perceive to be conservative and pull off what has become in essence a neo- McCarthyism type scam on people in the USA.
"I am not know nor have I ever been a member of any neo-nazi party senator McCarthy" or rather Mr. McVey.
Notice how the paragraph or evidence I have provided never offers a source for the information McVey post on his website and no dates. When was I member of this church? When and where did I advocate the persecution of Jews or any race of people for that matter?
The fact of the matter is I am a libertarian and very active political activist who supports our Bill of Rights and the fact of the matter is the ADL supports gun control and will go after any vocal gun owner in the US who manages to get any media attention. The ADL's credibility has been lacking for decades and they recently lost a ten million dollar lawsuit in Denver, Colorado in which they were caught eavesdropping on a private cell phone conversation and the lawyer who sued them is Jewish and even he couldn't fathom the depth of their arrogance a depravity.
I have emailed McVey and asked him nicely to remove this crap form his website he has even refused to respond to my request and so now I am forced to contact various Canadian Government officials and local media within the province of British Columbia in an attempt to expose McVay for the fraud that he is.

It seems that certain folks have been attempting to "expose" McVay for the past ten years now. I daresay he's used to it by now, though it does get tedious to have to put up with the same crap over and over and over again. --Modemac 23:47, 25 Aug 2003 (UTC)

If Mr. Philp would be kind enough to send a copy of the apology he received from the ADL, I would be happy to post it in an appropriate place to balance the ADL's claims.

- In other words - 1. McVay publishes damaging material about people on his website, without being 100% sure about the accuracy of the material. 2. McVay refuses to remove damaging material about people from his site, even after it's been adequately proven to be false.

Mr. McVay posts unfavorable information publically about individuals who had any disagreement with his opinion or methods regarding the holocaust thereby casting them in an unfavorable light publically by listing them as "Holocaust deniers". Because of the stygma associated with this term in society he activily discourages discussion with respect to the holocaust and effectively stiffles any opposition to his lunacy. It has the effect of a militant "ant-gay" website listing the names of gay people and their arguments against the owner without their permission for the purposes of oppression. Perhaps we need a cross reference in the article somewhere regarding Ahmedinijad's comment on the persecution of thought in western society regarding the Holocaust. These two people seem to go together nicely.

I would like to post the following content as valid criticism to Mr McVay. It was rejected due to vandalism. Please assist in ensuring the content is not POV or violating wikipedia's editorial standards.
While I agree that there are some quotations by individuals recorded by Nizkor that have offensive POVs, often racists and quite derogatory, a lot of them are not and are simply exploring or arguing.. false or not. I would like to take as a proof of point the name, "rablin andrzej" (chosen at random, apologies). Has Mr McVay received permission to post this on his web site? A search of his name gets a first ranking from Nizkor on Google. Why does Mr McVay feel the need to expose this individual in such a way?
In any case, many individuals posted on Nizkor have "moved on" to normal lives and McVay is summarily giving people life sentances by posting their comments on his web site. Doesn`t seem very democratic to me and some discression on his part is in order i would think.

Some consider McVay's efforts in combating the Holocaust as unscientific and undemocratic due to the fact that he publishes names on his web site of those who disagree with him without their permission and thereby attaches to them a stigma, namely that of holocaust denial that in many countries is considered a crime. He ensures that their names have a high ranking order on search engines such as Google. By doing so, he effectively uses stigmatisation as a fear and intimidation tactic to discourage argument and discussion. When denying the holocaust can lead to criminal jail sentences or hard social consequences not many people are willing to argue with McVay’s arguments. So, claims of open discussion and “truth instead of censorship” seem frivolous and self serving unless McVay has taken action to assist those who are imprisoned for having a contrarian view.
Why there is nothing about his support for xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx. This is a direct quote from Mr. McVay "I am weary of seeing the issue of "child porn" blown out of proportion (I've been on and around the Net since 1988, and have yet to come across anything I'd consider "child porn."
