I just wanted to mention for anyone interested: Maxwell's "The Case of the Missing Letter in Foreign Affairs: Kissinger, Pinochet and Operation Condor" is an excellent piece of academic writing, a darn good read, and probably worth mining for articles on Chile in the Pinochet era, as no doubt is Kornbluh's book, which I have not read. -- Jmabel | Talk 07:17, Dec 28, 2004 (UTC)
