[edit] __NOTOC__

I put in a __NOTOC__ (no table of contents) because the article should be viewable without scrolling on most monitors at this moment in time. - Dudesleeper ยท Talk 09:24, 19 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Town and CDP

How do the town and the CDP link ? The CDP is smaller - does the town cover that, and other areas ? -- Beardo 21:44, 30 June 2007 (UTC)

In New England, towns cover a fairly large area (like a township in some other states). The official municipality (the town) covers the central area and a fair bit of rural areas as well. The community defined by the Census Bureau (the CDP) is only the central built-up portion; 3.1 square miles as opposed to 22 square miles. CrazyC83 18:14, 4 July 2007 (UTC)
