Just found this in Articles needing import explained. I put it into regular encyc. style, but I know nothing of the station, don't live near there and their Web site is super-crappy. So, help it out if you got the knowledge. BabuBhatt 01:55, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
Someone continues to remove valid trivia about Brett Smith. Is there any particular reason for this? AtroposTheRandom 23:36, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
The information you continue to post on this site isn't nuteral, nor undisputed fact and verifiable - only hearsay. As a blogger for a competing radio station (X96), your contributions to the KENZ Wikipedia information will not be accepted.
I believe that it is neutral and verifiable. I was personally at the event at Wise Guys and well documented the event. The information given is not negative in anyway towards Mr. Smith, simply and indication that Mr. Smith has performed stand-up comedy in the past. The information regarding the origin of Jimmy Chunga's name is similarly verifiable nor is the information negative. The fact that Mr. Smith is performing in the movie Believe is verifiable through the IMDB and The Salt Lake Tribune review. I truly do not understand why this would be at issue. The stuff you are adding is being disputed not only by myself but by Wikipedia itself because your claims are not verifiable. They are just that - claims. Please, stick to your editorial of the X96 page and things you know about, not what Mr. Allred tells you.
The verbiage used indicated that the claim was made by Mr. Allred, , not necessarily that it was so. This fact is is verifiable by downloading and referencing the April 20, 2007 Radio From Hell Show. The fact that Lewis Black performed in Salt Lake City at Wiseguys is verifiable and Mr. Chunga's own website indicates that he has perfomed with "Lewis Black" (http://www.jimmychunga.com/Site/About%20Me.html). AtroposTheRandom 21:54, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
Something that is verifiable by turning on the radio, is that Chunga and Mister host the best radio morning show in Utah, and "Radio from Hell" is horrible.
I have removed unsourced "trivia" and added citation needed tags in accordance with the following policies from Wikipedia:Verifiability, specifically the following statement: Do not leave unsourced information in articles for too long, or at all in the case of information about living people. Jimmy Wales, founder of Wikipedia, has said of this: "I can NOT emphasize this enough. There seems to be a terrible bias among some editors that some sort of random speculative 'I heard it somewhere' pseudo information is to be tagged with a 'needs a cite' tag. Wrong. It should be removed, aggressively, unless it can be sourced. This is true of all information, but it is particularly true of information about living persons." 68.198.30.148 13:34, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
Just a question...whoever updated the KENZ page with information about Mister West's departure, can you please clarify the sentence that says: "He explained that both Chunga's and Mister's contracts were up this year and he had planned to retire at the end of the year." Who had planned to retire? Chunga or Mister? Thanks!
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:ENDlogo.jpg
Image:ENDlogo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Clarity Issues
"Chunga explained that both his and Mister's contracts were up this year and he had planned to retire at the end of the year. Citadel Broadcasting gave him a good deal and he chose to stay."
It is unclear here who the he/him is in this section. Who planned to retire? Who was the "good deal" offered to by Citadel? --ScreaminEagle (talk) 21:57, 4 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Chunga needs his own article
This article can include some information about Chunga, but I suggest putting his info into his own article. Since he has an IMDB page, I suppose he should have his own Wikipedia page too. Milonica (talk) 02:01, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
