Kentucky Route 12 (KY 12) is a 21.285 mile (34.255 km) long east-west state highway in northern Kentucky. The route, maintained by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, runs from a junction with Kentucky Route 43 northwest of Mulberry in Shelby County east, then north to its eastern terminus at the Henry County line north of Polsgrove.
