Kenneth M. Karas

Kenneth M. Karas is a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. On Friday May 16, 2008, Karas sentenced Olympic gold medalist Tim Montgomery to 46 months in prison for his part in a multimillion-dollar fake-check scheme.
