Kenneth "Ken Jay" Lacey is a former American musician, best known as the original drummer for Static-X. He started Static-X alongside Wayne Static in 1994. Ken sat on drums through two of the bands first albums, Wisconsin Death Trip and Machine, but before Static-X could begin recording their third album, Shadow Zone, Ken Jay left the band due to musical and political differences.
Shortly after his departure, he joined Godhead as a replacement drummer for a brief time. He has kept out of the media limelight since his departure.
