1. Image is used solely for the identification of the subject.
2. The image is readily partly available other websites, see [1] Further use of this image on Wikipedia is not believed to disadvantage to the copyright holder.
3. The subject of the photograph was already deceased from the original picture, therefore a "new" image can not be created of this person.
