This photo appeared on Rick Santorum's website at [1] in February, 2005. There was a bet between Senators Rick Santorum (R-PA) and Ted Kennedy (D-MA) regarding the Super Bowl. If the Eagles won, they would have to wear Eagle's hats and Kennedy would have to treat Santorum to New England cuisine. But in fact the Patriots won, so as pictured here, the two wore Patriot's ballcaps and Santorum treated Kennedy and his staff to Geno's Philly cheesesteaks.
