Anyone here know anything about the Kelsey Volunteer fire dept. Fire truck that sits outside the garage there ?

I was wondering about the history, it's use, or what if anything they are going to do with it.

It would be nice in this day and age to see all the fire fighting equipment fully operational, or ready to be made operational.
