Keiwan Jevar Ratliff (born April 19, 1981 in Youngstown, Ohio) is an American football cornerback and Return specialist for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at Florida.

During his time with Gators, he set a school record for punt return yards (860), interceptions in a season (9), and interceptions in a single game (3). In 2003, he made made the College Football All-America Team and won SEC defensive player of the year honors.

In the 2004 NFL Draft he was drafted in the 2nd round by the Cincinnati Bengals. His best season was in 2005, when he intercepted 3 passes and recovered a fumble.
On September 26, 2007 the Bengals released him.
