Keith Wayne Reed (b. July 31, 1957) is an American pastor of the Baptist Church.

Reed is a native Philadelphian. He was born to Fannie Elizabeth and John T. Reed. He had four siblings.

Reed received his education in the Philadelphia school system. He is a graduate of the Parkway Program High School, the Pennco Tech Automotive Technology School, the Bethlehem School of Bible, and the Philadelphia College of Bible. In June 1997, he received an Honorary Doctorate Degree of Divinity from Geneva College through the Center for Urban Theological Studies.

In 1982 Dr. Reed served nine months as Interim Pastor of Sharon Baptist Church, and in January 1983 he was installed as Pastor of the Sharon Baptist Church. The church has grown from approximately 200 to 7,000 members. Dr. Reed provides leadership to nineteen full-time staff persons and seven part-time staff persons. Dr. Reed's ministry has produced several "sons" in the ministry who are now pastoring their own churches. In January 1998 Dr. Reed established the Sharon Bible Fellowship in the Washington, D.C. area.

On June 2, 1984, Dr. Reed married E. Lynn Williams of Twin Oaks, Pennsylvania. They have four children: Anyah Elise, Keith Wayne, Jr., Aleya Erin, and Kristian Wade.
