Keith Van Horne (born November 6, 1957 in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania, U.S.) is a retired American football tackle.

Van Horne played in the National Football League for the Chicago Bears from 1981 though 1993. Van Horne played offensive tackle, and wore jersey number 78. He won a Super Bowl as a member of the 1985 Chicago Bears.

He played college football at the University of Southern California where he was an All-America tackle.
