Keith Burns (born September 26, 1960 in Hurst, Texas) was the head football coach at the University of Tulsa during the years 2000 to 2002. While at Tulsa, Burns had a coaching record of 7-28.
He currently serves as the defensive and special teams coach for the San José State University Spartans.
