Keiichi Tsuruoka

Keiichi Tsuruoka (鶴岡 啓一? born May 18, 1940 in Chiba, Chiba) is the mayor of Chiba, Chiba in Japan. A graduate of the University of Tokyo, he was first elected in July 2001.
