Stephen Holland, M.D.

I am a gastroenterologist practicing in Naperville, Illinois, a Chicago suburb. My CV is online on my business website, http://www.napervillegi.com. In a nutshell, I went to medical school at Northwestern in Chicago, did internal medicine at Loyola in Chicago (well, Maywood) and then GI research and Fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I was in research a few years in Crohn's and Colitis research, then went into private practice after a few years more.

Currently I am active with the local Celiac disease groups and have a GI practice that has been very well received.

Wife, three kids, a dog, and a toad.(11 June 2004) a toad (July 2004), another toad, a goldfish (June 2005), a hamster (Jan 2006), and a Betta (Feb 2006).

The name KD4TTC is my amateur radio call sign.

I have identified myself as a physician interested in advancing the medical articles on Wikipedia. There is a formal group in the community for that, known as Wikidoc. Discussion of that is at WT:MED
