As a freelance writer, I am very excited to contribute to the Wikipedia phenomenon in my spare time. My degrees are in American Studies and Art History. Since I never get to apply those to my day to day life, I look forward to taking on Wikipedia subject matter in those areas. In addition to Mannerist and Northern European painting, and American History (especially the Civil War/Lincoln era), I'm passionate about the history of England and Wales, particularly 1100-1600. I'll develop a specific game plan for my Wikipedia contributions as I go, but in the meantime I'll be happy to take on the outstanding tasks, edit for grammar and spelling, and help add references and citations where needed.
