1. In Kaze Hikaru, Okita does NOT teach Sei kenjutsu. He trains her by sparring with her. There's a difference. Seven 14:32, 23 April 2006 (UTC)

3. Later in the series, Okita's position as the captain of the first aquad isn't a promotion and isn't because of his combat skills. Instead, he gets reassigned as the captain of the first squad as the members of the Shinsengumi increase. Seven 02:58, 17 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Removing the original research

Some regard Kaze Hikaru as a cross between Peacemaker Kurogane and Rose of Versailles.^{[original research?]}

It is indeed an original research and also inaccurate.
The sentence implied Kaze Hikaru was inspired from Peacemaker Kurogane while in reality, Kaze Hikaru was started in 1997 [1] while Peace Kurogane started two years later [2]
