Kaya Tarakcı (born April 23, 1981 in Adana, Turkey) is a Turkish football player. He currently plays goalkeeper for Kayseri Erciyesspor in the Turk Telekom League A. He has been called to the Turkey national under-21 football team twice and played the second half once against Georgia national under-21 football team in August 20, 2002 where the Turkey national under-21 football team lost 0–1.
