Kay Lionikdas (also known as Kay Lionikas and Kay Lionikis) was a professional baseball player for the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League (AAGPBL). Born in New Brunswick, New Jersey to Greek-American parents, she played center field for the Springfield Sallies from 1948 to 1950.
