[edit] Dusart
I wanted to let you know that I re-added the Pierre Dusart formula to the article Prime number theorem. You said that the result is not proved in the paper, and you may be right -- I haven't read that paper for a while. But the result is in the paper, and it is proved in Dusart's thesis. The thesis is in his native French, but if you can wade through the table of contents you'll find the right section easily enough. It's formula-dense, so it's almost language independent.
Dusart was kind enough to send me his thesis by email when I asked him some questions that were answered by it, but you'll find that it's online now: [1]. Cheers, and happy editing!
