Whoa! This article remarks that the nearby village of Mavrata is "where homosexuality originated". At the very least this requires a citation. And probably a heap of qualification as well. I've taken the liberty of toning this statement down to something more nearly plausible. I haven't run into any other references that make this statement about Mavrata; until some beefy citations are available, a better response would probably be just to pull that reference entirely, but I'm giving the originator of this article the benefit of the doubt.
