Ground appeared in the January 2006 issue of Playboy's Natural Beauties and also in the June/July 2006 and August/September 2006 issues of Playboy's Lingerie.

Ground runs multiple websites. On Kate's Playground, for a monthly fee, users can access an archive of photos and videos as well as webcam chats.^[3] The website KateGround.com gives basic information on her, such as a biography, news and galleries.^[4]

In 2005, she and another web model named Karen (from the site Karen Dreams) launched Karen Loves Kate, a spin-off website with a lesbian theme.^[4]
