Kat Shandruk

Kat Shandruk (born 1988) is a Canadian fashion model from Calgary, Alberta. Her real name is Kathryn Shandruk.[1] Her look has been likened to Canadian model Irina Lazareanu.[2] She was discovered by a model scout at the Calgary Stampede but waited until she completed high school before starting her modeling career. Her ethnicity is Ukrainian and Dutch. She has brown hair and eyes and stands 5'9.5" (176 cm.) in height. Shandruk is represented by Elite Model Management of New York and Barcelona, Spain, Storm Models, Why Not Model Agency, and Mode Models. She has appeared in advertising for Aritzia, Cop, Copine, Daniel Hetcher, and Kookai.

She is passionate about dancing,[1], ballet, pointe, and lyrical dance. She has trained for fifteen years in the latter endeavor. Shandruk loves movies by John Waters (filmmaker). Her favorite designers are Balenciaga, H&M, and Miu Miu.[3]
