Image sourced from a legal iTunes purchase and cover extracted from purchased *m4p file using AudioShell v.1.3.5 (http://www.softpointer.com/AudioShell.htm). I believe the copyright holder of this work to be the record label/recording studio the album has been released/produced under. This image may qualify as fair use to identify the album in question from the article on the subject.
