Having undone other people's merge work, I feel compelled to explain; this article should focus on Karl Baedeker the person, his personal contributions to tourism, and end with his passing, while the article on the company should start with its founding, and continue to the present day, focussing on the company's activities, marketing, mergers, etc. Stan 04:31, 20 January 2006 (UTC)
