Karl-Heinz Blomann is a german artist. He is organizing a festival for modern music (open-systems) in the region i live in. So I've been to the festival for years and I've seen a lot of his performances. To my knowledge he is working together with international artists for several decades. He is also involved in coss-media, cross-country art-projects and workes for international broadcasting stations. The article would need a better line of projects and details on colaborations with international artists. There also is an german article - both articles seem to be based on a vita found online.
