I've decided to add the section on her corruption scandal while at SUNY Albany.

This topic had been in the article earlier, but was deleted for some reason. It is exceptionally relevant, so I have put it back in. We will have to watch for future sanitization attempts on this point; I am sure they will be made, and very soon!!
