Karlis Smilga

Karlis Smilga (born 13th September 1975) is a Latvian curler from Jelgava. He was the skip of the Latvian men's team at the 2004 and 2006 European Curling Championships where Latvia finished 19th and 17th, respectively. The 2005 he skipped a mixed curling team to that year's European Mixed Championship where Latvia finished 13th. Since May, 2006 he is President of Latvian Curling association.
