Karl Oskar «Kaos» Fjørtoft (born July 26, 1975) is a Norwegian footballer currently playing for Aalesund. His earlier clubs are Rosenborg BK, Hødd, Molde FK, Fjørtoft TIL, and Swedish team Hammarby.

He is a distant relative of his namesake and fellow footballer Jan Åge Fjørtoft.
