Karen S. Montgomery is an American politician, a Democrat, from the state of Maryland. She is currently serving her second term as one of three members of the House of Delegates from Maryland's 14th District, which includes parts of Silver Spring, Burtonsville, Olney, Barnesville, Brookeville, Laytonsville, and Damascus in Montgomery County in the Washington, D.C. suburbs. She was elected in 2002 and reelected in 2006. District 14 was created in 2002 after the 2000 census.
