High school track and field in Kansas is clearly a copy and paste from http://www.mcpherson.edu/athletics/track/06/State%20HS%20All-time.doc. Is there some reason you think this is not a copyright violation? -- Rick Block (talk) 01:45, 10 July 2007 (UTC)

http://www.mcpherson.edu/athletics/track/06/State%20HS%20All-time.doc is obtained from the Kansas High School Athletic Association - a state funded agency report is protected from being copy writable and considered in the "public domain"
