[edit] Photo Argument

Do not report it for being "unfree" when it's not...obviously nobody agrees with you because it hasn't been deleted. Tribestros (talk) 20:57, 10 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Hello, wikifriend

I'm sorry to hear about your block...I only discovered later that it had even happened. Hopefully, you have sorted the matter out. I see the recent attention you have gotten for some code you have been writing. Just wanted to say hi and ask if you were in need of any help with anything. I've just been working on a bunch of different articles. I've been AfD'ing a bunch of bands that are non-notable and reporting a bunch of vandals, etc. Well, good luck with the editing! I totally agree with you. Good job on being bold!!! Let me know what happens with your code and everything! Blizzard Beast $ODIN$ 17:15, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
Hey, I'm alright. You? That's great that you've finished it! You should be careful, though. If you go with line breaks you know you're gonna start a war, right? People are gonna be pissed. You know there are a lot of proponents on both sides. If it was up to me, though (theoretically, of course) I think I would go with what you are saying (I'd actually have to see your infobox, though, to know exactly what you were talking about) but I would definitely go with line breaks (hey, let's face it, I admit I prefer them for a number of reasons). Line breaks have been around a lot longer and work just fine for me. They seem to be more functional than comma breaks and there is no worry of words being cut. Line breaks are more simplistic and look more encyclopedic to me and make things much easier to read. Are you going to start using your script, though? As I said, it's gonna cause a war and piss off a lot of people if you do. Blizzard Beast $ODIN$ 23:01, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
Those infoboxes look good! I don't quite understand, though. Will people still be able to put comma breaks between genres and other sections? Because there are people who are going to want to and won't accept line breaks. Blizzard Beast $ODIN$ 19:06, 4 April 2008 (UTC)

Oh, I think I see now. It's a skin right? It will only change everything to line breaks and what not for the users who decide to use the skin? If that's the case, that's great!!!! I love it already. I might try it (if you tell me how), but I'm not sure if I will use it. I only say that is because I would feel that a skin might be hindering how the page actually did look and that while I was looking at the rosy nice version others might be saying mistakes and stuff that we might look over. However, I would definitely encourage anyone to use such a skin!!! That's quite something! Good job! Blizzard Beast $ODIN$ 21:51, 10 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Your javascript

I owe you an apology. Looking over the script, i did notice that it changes commas to line breaks. I did however not know WHERE it does that. Given our conflicts in the past, i made the mistake of assuming bad faith. I shall not do so again, and hope you don't take it personal. (I am assuming that changing how the page is displayed is and will remain the only function of the javascript. I do assume right, don't i?). ~ twsx | talkcont | ~ 10:06, 10 April 2008 (UTC)

What's your opinion? Blizzard Beast $ODIN$ 22:16, 18 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Greetings

I wanted to ask you a question, since you're a fan of heavy metal. Me and another user have been having some problems on the Shadows Fall page. I'm not a fan of their music but I noticed that someone had put thrash metal as one of their genres and I immediately changed it to metalcore, as I believe that is the style of music they play. Now the other editor didn't agree with this and we had a little edit war. Well now I want to gather some consensus on it so we can resolve the issue. If you go here you may vote on what genre(s) you think Shadows Fall has played. Thanks. Blizzard Beast $ODIN$ 19:47, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

Also, if you need any help with anything feel free to let me know. Blizzard Beast $ODIN$ 19:47, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Dying Fetus

In the lyric booklet for Killing on Adrenaline, it states that "no pitchshifters or other vocal effects were used in the making of this album." I'm just interested to know if they've continued producing such gutteral, low vocals without the aid of a machine.

Also, do you know if they've selected the replacement for Mike Kimball yet? Festering Rat Corpse (talk) 18:39, 22 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Genre delimiter problems. Uh oh!

Hey, what's up? We got problems! During my absence I see that line breaks have seemingly become more popular for metal bands (at least). That's fine but look at the Template:Infobox Musical artist. Someone recently changed it while I was gone. It now has both infoboxes with comma breaks! That doesn't even make sense, to have two infoboxes that are the same. One is supposed to have comma breaks and the other line breaks. This means trouble. Blizzard Beast $ODIN$ 16:43, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
