Kami-sama may refer to more than one entry.
- Kami-sama (神様) is the Japanese word for "deity". The word is used to indicate any sort of god, beings of a higher place or belonging to a different sphere of existence, or the Christian-Judeo God.
- The Almighty (a.k.a. Kami-sama) is the ruler of Heaven and Earth in the anime/manga Oh My Goddess!.
- Kami-sama is a fictional character in the manga/anime Saiyuki, who is a loyal servant to Ukoku Sanzo/Dr. Nii Jianyi.
- Kami-sama is a fictional character in the manga/anime Dragonball. He is the god that rules and take care of the earth. He is not very good with that job.
