Kama Sutra, also known by Kama Sutra Kyuukyoku no Sex Adventure (究極のSEXアドベンチャー カーマスートラ?) and Kama Sutra: The Ultimate Sex Adventure, is a hentai anime OVA created by Go Nagai.

Yukari Tsuji on a journey to learn the art of Kama Sutra. He enlists the aid of a teacher so he can learn to please his girlfriend, and also desires to become a strong warrior. He learns of a princess who has been trapped by an evil man, and also sets out to rescue her, and learn further from her.
