The Kalutara prison massacre occurred on 12 December 1997, in the high security prison in Kalutara, Sri Lanka^[1]. Three minority Tamil political prisoners were massacred by their fellow majority Sinhalese prisoners. No one has been convicted for these crimes yet^[2].
